Like every event there is also a reason for organising the Boatmania and what goal the Boatmania should hit. In point of view of the organisation team the most important reasons are:

• Integration of the school in the region of Steyr
• Building up and maintaining connections to the local organisations, companies and associations.
• Proof the abilities of the students
• Depict possibilities for cooperation
• Studentsparties are not always just containing feasting but organisation and creativity
• Offering possibilities to get to know somebody like visitors, participants and students

... and the most important is offering fun and entertainment
